Hi,
I've always wondered why customerq is a separate branded site as opposed to being integrated into the Neoflix platform so that a filmmaker's custom banner, color scheme, etc. are continued when customers seek support regarding an order. From the "user experience" point of view, this might make customers feel more cared for. Right now, the look and feel of customerq.com make it feel like the site wants to be anonymous. I'm curious about the rationale behind this and about future plans.

Hi Robert,

In brief:

Customer Q was launched prior to Neoflix, when we were only doing fulfillment and customer service.  (At that time we were using a third party shopping cart.)

Since we had no control over the development of this cart, and the cart was not a scalable solution, we developed our own.

We intend to integrate it with Neoflix in the first quarter of next year.

Thanks - that makes sense. As you consider how best to integrate it into Neoflix, it would be interesting if there was a way for filmmakers to view the discussions that go back and forth in the form of tickets between customers and customer service, to see how long it takes tickets to be resolved, etc. Just ideas - thanks again.

Hi Robert,

Yes, that will be the case.

Also:

-We will the ability to "reassign" a ticket to the filmmaker, in the rare occasion that someone may direct the question to them.

-Filmmaker notifications (option).

Regards,

Brian
