Jodie, we will look at this closer next month in April. Just a brief history w/ Paypal. We did offer this last year, up until about August 2007. During that time, Paypal method represented only about 15% of total transactions, but accounted for 50% of the chargebacks that happened. Although the # of chargebacks was relatively small--less than ten--it was the way that chargebacks were granted by Paypal without much ability on our part to contest it successfully that we really disliked. For example, we had a couple instances when someone paid using paypal and we shipped the products the next day, then they filed an "unauthorized" user chargeback. Paypal would pretty much grant the chargeback and there was no recourse for us to contest it. By that time the DVD was sent, and not recoverable. Clients are charged shipping, as well as losing a DVD.
