Tech support got back to me right away. Internet Explorer is supported. The browser was not the problem. The problem was that many of my customers had their cookies disabled. For now, I have placed a message in the footer of my store, telling customers to enable their cookies. Hopefully Neoflix will add something like this to their default store so it will be clear to customers who have problems.
