Neoflix clients should add a link on their website Contact page and Store page (unless the Store link takes buyers directly to Neoflix) that links to www.customerq.com. An essential part of the Neoflix service is handling customer inquiries about orders, shipments, and resolve issues with someone's orders.
Example: For questions about your order, please submit a support ticket at www.customerq.com. Once an inquiry has been submitted, a customer service representative will be in contact the same day or the next business day. |

Could we get step by step instructions on how to add this link on the Store page? In the Custom Footer box, I wrote: DVD Customer Service Questions? Neoflix Customer Q http://www.customerq.com/index.php?a=add Wasn't sure how to add hyperlink here. Actually, this should be on the Store, Cart and Checkout page by default. |
