On the Thank You page after confirmation of purchase, is it possible to have either one of the two:
1) Auto redirect to artist's site 2) Link to the artist's web site 1 is preferred but 2 is okay. (Specific request from Crayton Robey). |

Hi Ria-
We originally had the cart "auto" redirect back to the filmmakers website. However when this happens, most shoppers will receive a prompt that tells them they are leaving to an unencrypted page, which is a bit confusing - they feel like they just sent their current information over an unsecure page. If the filmmaker sets the home URL under my store > customize > home page they will have a link back to the website. -B |
