The Paypal payment option will appear once the products are in our warehouse and no longer on "pre-order" status. Paypal payment doesn't have a "authorized" vs "charge" option like standard credit cards. So when someone pays by Paypal, it takes the money out of the account immediately, which is not what we want for pre-order.
