We prefer DVDs to be over-wrapped (which is similar to the cigarette style wrapping) b/c the buyers feel like they're getting a new product.
If these are coming in cardboard sleeves or holders, then no shrink is OK. However, beware of product scuffing during shipping. We encourage at least putting a round clear seal sticker for cardboard sleeves or mailers so the discs won't fall out.
